In addition, from March to May, we accept reservations for clams, bamboo shoots, and wild vegetables, and from August to October: matsutake mushrooms, other mushrooms, organic eel, and longtooth grouper.

Using soft-shell turtle from Nagasaki prefecture. By taking our time and cooking with care, you get a natural flavor with light fragrance.

We have rare sake as well,

Koyuru is full of the richness of rice and ginjoko. This sake goes well with sashimi or seasonal fish.
We have counter and table seats available.
